1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Silence Spaces, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Silence Spaces is a desktop productivity tool that synthesizes ambient sound environments using AI. The free tier provides access to preset environments. Pro and Founding Member tiers unlock AI-generated environments and additional features as described on the pricing page.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Founding Member is a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Founding Member purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.
4. Founding Member slots
Founding Member access is limited to 500 accounts on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the 500-slot cap is reached, the Founding Member plan will no longer be available for purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to circumvent API rate limits, reverse-engineer the AI environment generation system, or resell access to the platform. Abuse may result in account termination without refund.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI-generated environments require an internet connection. Preset environments work offline. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
