1. What we collect
We collect your email address and authentication credentials when you create an account. We store your subscription tier (free, pro, or founding) and, in future versions, session metadata (duration, environment used) to power your personal dashboard. We do not collect audio, keystrokes, or any content from your desktop.
2. How we use it
Your data is used solely to authenticate you, determine your subscription tier, and — in future versions — display your focus history. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to operate the service (Supabase for auth/storage, Stripe for payments, Railway for backend hosting).
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs data collected during checkout.
4. Data retention
Your account and associated data are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
